Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask all clients to respect the artist’s time and the schedules of other clients by arriving on time for appointments. To ensure smooth communication, all clients receive a 1-day reminder via both email and text.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Any appointment canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be considered a NO SHOW and will be charged according to the listed cancellation price for the procedure. Please note, cancellations made within 24 hours rarely allow us enough time to fill the appointment slot, which impacts the artist’s schedule and other clients waiting to book.

• Clients are considered a NO SHOW if they are more than 20 minutes late without any prior communication.

• Last-minute cancellations will incur a $300 fee or the specific cancellation price listed for the procedure.

• Last-minute reschedules will require FULL DEPOSIT PREPAYMENT to secure a new appointment.

• For “included” touch-up sessions canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, a $100 fee will be charged when re-booking.

The Day of Your Appointment

If, on the day of your appointment, you do not meet the required health standards for the service you booked, we reserve the right to refuse service. Decisions regarding charges, refunds, or rebooking fees will be at the discretion of the artist.

How to Prepare for Your Appointment

To ensure the best results and minimize potential complications:

• Avoid pain relievers, fish oil, blood thinners, alcohol, and caffeine the night before and the day of your appointment (unless directed by a physician).

• Do not engage in strenuous exercise on the day of your procedure.

• Refrain from applying glycolic acid, chemical peels, retinoids, exfoliators, or any other products that could increase skin sensitivity the day before your appointment.

Retouch Session Policy

• Your one free retouch session must be scheduled and used within 3 months of your initial session date.

• This policy applies to returning clients immediately after their initial free retouch.

• If you miss your free retouch appointment for any reason, the applicable touch-up fees will apply (calculated from your initial session date).

• Retouch appointments are subject to availability.
