6D Advanced Microblading is a semi-permanent method for enhancing eyebrows. It involves using an ultra-fine blade to deposit pigment into the epidermis, the skin’s outermost layer. Because the pigment is applied closer to the surface, the strokes appear incredibly crisp and fine, resembling real hair, and do not blur after healing.

Unlike traditional permanent makeup, microblading is done entirely by hand, not with a machine. A manual microblading pen equipped with sterile, U-shaped blades is used to gently glide over the skin, creating precise, hair-like strokes with minimal pressure. The resulting cut is so fine it’s nearly indistinguishable from natural eyebrow hair.

The Process

Microblading usually requires two sessions:

1. First Appointment: During this session, the client’s brows are designed and outlined using a waterproof pencil, allowing the client to approve the shape and style. The artist then performs the microblading procedure. Afterward, mild scabbing may occur, but the brows typically heal within 30 days.

2. Second Appointment: This follow-up session occurs 6 to 8 weeks after the initial appointment. It allows the pigment to fully settle into the skin and any natural exfoliation to occur. The artist evaluates the healed results and makes any necessary adjustments or touch-ups to perfect the look.
